The journal is primarily dedicated to the study of the most important issues related to the concept of the state and the state (national) interest, from the angle of various scientific disciplines. Two centuries of Serbian statehood served the founders of the magazine as a reference point of great value and importance for the Serbian national identity, as well as for studying the libertarian tradition of the Serbian people and its influence on other Balkan liberation movements, but also issues of civic and democratic political culture spaces.
